The crowdfunding solutions offered by Startup.sm can be defined as a combination of the “reward-based” crowdfunding (contributors receive a free gadget, such as t-shirt), the “pre-release access” crowdfunding where products are sent to the contributors before being sold to the market and, in some cases, the “limited-edition” crowdfunding, where a limited edition of the product is created only for the initial contributors.
In order to give the promoter the chance to find “relevant” financing partners, at the request of the promoter, a direct contact between a potential “business-angel” shareholder and the promoter in order to establish a private negotiation to arrange a profit sharing in the San Marinese newly-formed company.
